Hello my name is…Adam Theis

Aka…Skatebone, Adamskee, Vladimir Trombonovich,

I was raised on a Farm.

The reason that you’re reading about me is… I write Hip-Hop Symphonies and tour around the Continent playing with my 40 piece Orchestra from San Francisco.

I work for…MYSELF and sometimes “The Man.”

Right now I’m working on… how to say “No” without sounding like an A-hole.

But I’d rather be…on a skateboard, snowboard or wakesurfboard.

My most prized possessions are…the beard I’m currently growing, my broke-ass Toyota pickup, my shoe & hat collection, my t-bone, basses, sousaphone from the 1920s, and my well in tact reputation with the ladies.

But I’d give it all away for…man’s best friend.

The first thing I do in the morning is…check my sleep patterns on my iPhone. (it’s a cool app a friend of mine told me about and I’m obsessed with it!)

The last thing I do at night is…make sure I turn on my sleeping patterns app on my iPhone while listening to Meshell NdegeOcello’s Bitter.

My momma always said… “Being a professional skateboarder is a nice hobby but you need something to fall back on”…(Music? Hmmm)

I love it when people…buy me a Cozadores on the rocks with lime.

I can’t stand when people…are so negative that their darkness rubs off on me.

The most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen is…Stevie Wonder playing onstage with one of my bands.

The ugliest thing I’ve ever seen is…the black mold on the ceiling in my living room

I am what I drive, which is…oh, I said it, a broke-ass, yet dependable, Toyota pickup

If you ever see me walking down the street…ask me about the time I got deported from England.

My most notable run-in with the law…Funny, I can’t believe I don’t have anything better than “skateboard citations and a few speeding tickets”

If I had to say sorry it would be because…I sometimes say the wrong things at the wrong times.

I lose control when…I’m hanging out with people who bring out the crazy side of me or when it’s spring break or when it’s May.

The last time I swore I’d never drink was after a night of…saying the wrong thing to the right person.

Future projects and plans…creating much more original, San Francisco music.

And before I leave I’d like to give a shout out to…all the musicians, family, friends and supporters that have made my life the way it is and will be.
